Best Deli in Wedgewood Houston, Nashville

We just happened on this deli and are so glad we did! The sandwiches were fantastic (highly recommend the chicken parm). Ample serving size as well, as we were able to make 2 meals out of each sandwich. We had a great chat with the owner, John, who welcomed us as if we were family. The vibe was very unique as there was an old-school juke box where you could choose from hundreds of songs, for free. We will be back!

We traveled an hour for an authentic Italian sandwich and found it! The Godson sub was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled coast to coast ordering Italian subs. All ingredients were fresh and the bread was made in house. Upon entry and exit we were treated with warm hospitality. It was clean and inviting. We will definitely return.

Amazing service, atmosphere, food, and drinks. The Porchetta was great and the only place in Nash you can get a pork belly/should roast sandwiches. The eggplant sandwich is also great. Eggplant ain’t easy to cook well and they crush it. Ingrassia & Sons is easily one of the top sandwich spots in Nashville. They also had The Boss on the stereo 😎

I’ve been to Ingrassia & Sons a couple times and I must say Sneaky Italian Turkey sandwich is probably my most favorite sandwich in the city. The price point is 100% worth it. I add pickled onions and it’s just amazing. I also love the The Godson made spicy and the olive oil cake. I did recently try the chicken cutlet sandwich but it was not my favorite. The chicken was a bit dry and hard. Look forward to trying other items on the menu though!

John, Pam and Jack have a truly delicious hit on their hands here in Nashville! We had the Godson and Porchetta sandwiches, both perfect, thanks in part of the in house baked bread. The Americanos were excellent as well. Looking forward to getting back there very soon. Highly recommended!
